Used the automated system for mattress search. This limited the number available. Was shown 5 and once we selected the closest to our needs the price was higher than expected, even with a £150 discount. We were looking for superking which I knew would be more expensive but the prices were still eyewatering when added to the ottoman base we also needed.

Unable to use the simulation tester system as we were buying a bed for my 13 year old son. The attendant said that he was too young to use the Simulator. This is ridiculous for a boy who who have benefitted from using it. Not clear why age was an issue.
