was surprised by several things e having to pay for the bed to be assembled I would have thought that to be a free service as per some of your rivals , so the time frame for delivery I thought excessive.

I feel as if the products were shown to me and i was going through the payment process without being given an option of wanting the product. I was shown the products and the next minute I was sat down paying for it. Luckily i wanted the items but if I wasn’t sure someone could feel pressured
