Hi, The help was very good and informative, The Lady was very friendly and polite, and the coffee was good.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfull, we were even offered a cup of coffee while we placed our order. There was no pressure to buy just offers of help and advice.

The assistant helped me to find the right product, and offered me a memory foam mattress topper instead of selling me an expensive new mattress. This was a great option for us, and something I hadn't previously considered. A good and creative solution to a problem I was experiencing with my recently bought Dreams mattress (bought in 2013 and is too hard)

Friendly un pushy staff

WITHIN MINUTES OF ENTERING THE STORE SOMEBODY APPROACHED AND ASKED US IF WE WANTED ASSISTANCE, GAVE GOOD ADVICE AND TOOK US THROUGH THE WHOLE ORDERING PROCESS. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE AND POLITE WHEN WE VISITED THE STORE A FEW DAYS BEFORE WHEN WE WERE JUST LOOKING FOR A BED.

The store had plenty a of products to see , i was able to try the product before making my decision, the sales assistant was extremley friendly and knowledgeble about your products, she made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I would certanly shop in your store again and recomend the store to my freinds.

Friendly Staff. Very happy to let us try every bed without any pressure to sell us items. The assistant was very knowledgable on all the different types of mattresses. Overall very impressed.

We were allowed to browse without being bothered too much, just told to ask for help when we needed. The lady we then spoke to was very knowledgable and helpful.

Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable about beds . She didn't rush us and made us a cup of tea which made us feel at ease
