Great customer service, really easy to understand product range

We went to Cribbs Causeway near Bristol and wanted to buy a Jay-Be single bed. They only had one in store and that was the display model, so the staff had to ring round other stores to find the item for us. There was then an issue with delivery. We needed the item to be delivered within 2 weeks as we had surprise guests visiting us. The manager Joe was fantastic and I can't thank him and his assistant Karolynne enough for persisting with us in a calm and professional way. Well done.

Even though the store was open for browsing only when I went in the sales lady took the the time to help me even though she had not officially started to work.

joe, the store manager couldn't do enough for us, very helpful chap. Barclays on the other hand were atrocious. They humiliated me by making me wait over and hour and then declining me for an interest free payment. They told me to go onto Experien to look at my credit score, which I did, my credit score is showing as excellent as it always has done. disgusting customer service. No, I can't say enough good things about the staff in the store, they were brilliant and I will buy in the future from Dreams just as I have done in the past.

Karolynne was very knowledgable and not at all 'pushy', giving us adequate time - over two days - to make up our minds about the product we required. She also sought out the possibility of having exactly what we wanted by advising us that we could vary the height of the base of the beds to suit us. When she advised us the base height was at our option (for the same price), the deal was sealed.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff member. No sales pressure, we felt very comfortable in the store and had time to look and help available when we needed it.
