Very pleased with the whole visit straight in store met by joe who was great with help advice etc simple easy and quick highly recommend

JT advised us well on each product we looked at, He allowed us time to try each product and Discuss with each other what we thought

Quick attention (but not overbearing) from the team, airy store, good use of technology.

Staff member was incredible (Karolynne) I think, felt like we where wasting her time choosing colours etc. But she was great!

The salesman seemed to know his stuff. He was pleasant but not pushy. Gave us space to decide

From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. This is the first time we have been measured and fitted for a mattress. The experience was quite relaxed, which made the decision easy once we tried the recommended mattresses.
