I thought the saleswomen Karolynne was fantastic as she explained all the different types of beds & mattresses several times (due to us being uncertain and changing our minds many times) bearing In mind it was already past store closing time 20:00. She was a really good saleswomen and an asset to the business.

Very friendly staff. Karolynne served us at the Cribbs Causeway store and she was extremely useful, knowledgable and friendly. Chose the perfect bed, and I hope to buy another bed from Dreams soon!

Michelle was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She wasn't pushy - she understood when to give me space to try mattresses and think - but was available the moment I needed to ask a question. She was very professional and gave great advice and information. She was also happy to answer all questions and really seemed to know her stuff, giving very complete answers. I had total confidence and despite looking elsewhere I knew I wanted to come back that same day and buy my bed at dreams. The sale price also helped!

Michelle made herself available to answer queries but was not intrusive - she also was able to offer a good price for the product, with the 40 night guarantee.

we what in to dreams to a bed and mattress nad one of the striff asked if needed any hope and not yet but soon after a haf hour of looking a round i mad up my mind the person who asked if we need any hope come back to us and we told her what i wanted and she was every hope full and told us that all fine then she want of for about a mint come back and we would have to want till the till was not being used and she ask us if we would like a cup of tea or coffee as there be a want we send yes and you for letting now she want of about 2 mins leter come with 2 cup of coffee and evey nice it was to after about 10 mins the tell was ready and we got on with paying the bell the evey please i was with all thank you

Initially no pressure from staff, always welcomed. Then when we were ready to start talking the expertise and helpfulness was exactly as required, from decision making right through to sale. I would have been much less likely to have bought from Dreams if it was not for the helpfulness of the staff during my visit.

I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy with and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. They even took away the packaging and helped me get the bed into the car.
