I was shopping with my 2 year old which is never a pleasurable experience she was running around like a mad thing but joe took it all in his stride he was really helpful and didn't make me feel like he wanted me out of the shop quick. He was very helpful, but not in your face which is hard to do with a crazy 2 year old running about the place.

We were greeted by a friendly assistant as we entered the store and he spent a lot of time explaining the pros and fine of each bed after we had outlined our requirements. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he was happy for us to take our time and we felt we were not under any pressure at any time.
