Very nice lady who served us, really knew her stuff. Showed us all products available, gave an opinion on them, but not too forceful about it.

Particularly appreciated the personal service we received from Melanie, at your Cribbs Causeway Store: Extensive knowledge of all products, unhurried and never once engaged in a 'hard sell' (which I find particularly important when engaged in the prospective purchase of high value goods).

The member of staff was fantastic! Carolynne understood my needs, the time constraints I was under and suggested products to meet that. She was assured, confident in her knowledge and very personable!

Excellent display of the Tempur mattresses gave us the opportunity to try each type of mattress together with pillows. The sales assistant was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the range and gave us every assistance. We also found the overall cost of our purchase to be very competitive.

I required a mattress at short notice (4 days) and they bent over backwards to get me the right size and type and on the same day. It was Karolynne and Joe In the Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol and they knew their stuff and gave me a good deal.

Kind and attentive staff. Store is nice and spacious, easy to find what looking for. Variety of choices and prices. Overall, great experience and looking forward for our delivery!

My wife and I have been thinking about a new bed for sometime and decided to stop at the Bristol Cribs store on our way home from another appointment. The assistant who helped us was called Melanie. Her knowledge and helpful manner clinched the deal and we purchased a new bed. Top marks for her, she really knows her stuff. Make her sales person of the year we say :-) Only one problem, the cup of tea was to hot, but Melanie didn't make it.

Friendly staff, not rushed, nice atmosphere, but we were the only two in the store.

The lady we saw was extremely helpful and pleasant even though it was late on a Friday evening. This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Dreams and the purchase experience has been great on both occasions.
