Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I was speaking to melanie who works in the Bristol cribbs causeway. She was so loverly and precise and made sure I was completely happy with the order. She was so nice

Melanie the sales assistant was very knowledgeable regarding the products on offer was very good. She was very helpful giving us time to think and discuss the items available between ourselves.

The manager gave us his undivided attention,and gave us the information we required. We were not pressured in any way, (which in this day and age is unusual) altogether a pleasant experience

Melanie was helpful and there when I needed answers but not pushy.

The staff welcomed me straight away, were informative and knowledgeable about the products. They were friendly and courteous but also giving me the time to make up my own mind with regard to the purchases I was making

We weren't rushed in to making a decision, we were given friendly advice without feeling we were being persuaded in to making a purchase there and then. It was a good shopping experience all round

The assistant, Karolynne, was friendly and helpful. She left me in peace to try out the mattresses after ascertaining the sort of thing I was looking for and showing me where to find them. This was brilliant as I didn't feel rushed to make a decision but knew that she was there if I needed to ask anything. I really appreciated this as I always feel really silly lying on beds in a shop. The whole experience was a pleasure. I have shopped at Dreams before and it is good to know that the excellent service I received the first time is consistent. I cannot imaging buying a bed or mattress anywhere else.

Staff were very friendly, and store was very clean and bright. No pressure was placed on us to order the bed and base. We were left to browse on our own and test the mattresses out, before the assistant came to offer help. Placing the order was very quick and easy. Taking the finance out to buy the bed and mattress, means I could afford a much expensive mattress as I have a bad back. I am hoping the high quality mattress will help me sleep better.

Jonathon the Salesman was sympathetic to our needs, answered our questions well and did not pressure us
