The customer assistant we spoke with, Melanie, was extremely knowledgable, helpful and most of all, she wasn't all other us, she explained how the store was laid out and where we would find the mattresses that most matched our requirements. She then left us to try out some of the mattresses before returning to see how we were getting on. She then advised us to have a good lie down on each of the 2 we liked to really see which we preferred. I have to say this is quite possibly the best service I have had in any store.

I'm not very good with sales people, I don't like being pounced on when I walk in the store and I detest hard sales. What we experienced was the complete opposite and gave our purchase experience a pleasurable one. Melanie explained every mattress to my son and me, I was really impressed, she was friendly and approachable. I will be returning to buy myself a bed shortly and may even splash out on bedroom furniture too!

Staff were friendly , professional and knew their product well , there was no pushing sales technique we felt we could choose what suited us .

We was served by Melanie. She gave us the right amount of time to browse before approaching us. She was knowledgable about products and made suggestions about alternatives we should consider. She was highly professional and was an excellent ambassador for your Company.

We had visited a number of stores looking at a large number of Beds and Mattrasses. This was the first store where the Assistant took the right approach from the start to the finish of our visit. She gave us time where necessary and was available promptly to answer queries. She seemed to have an in depth knowledge of the Stock and was able To make suggestions which we were happy to follow. As a result of the professionalism of Melanie we purchased a bed and Mattrass at a slightly higher price then we originally intended to pay! She is a credit to your Company.

We were given time to browse ourselves , and the assistant Karolynne gave us assistance when we required help . She gave us guidance on the items and had a great knowledge of all the products, she was very efficient and explained details of the products we had made decisions on. We were very pleased with the service we had in the store and will highly recommend Dreams to family and friends.
