From the moment we walked in the assistant was friendly, attentive but not overly and when we needed help she was there and very helpful. The process was very efficient which was good because our children had had enough of shopping.

Our assistant was great, very knowledgable and friendly. Gave us lots of time with no pressure to buy and we tried all the beds. We were given clear instructions on how to return or swap products if we didn't like them and we were also given monthly cost breakdowns of our purchase/product plan.

The assistant (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable about the products and gave good advice while we were looking at the beds, We were not rushed into making a decision and were made to feel very welcome in the store.
