We were given help understanding the colour-coding of the mattresses which was very useful. We were able to order the bed we chose quickly and efficiently.

Jonathan was really helpful but not over bearing.

The member of staff, Melanie, was really helpful and not pushy. The stock was well presented allowing us to look at several options easily and without fuss. We had planned some time to visit various stores before we made our final choice. However it became clear that we didn't need to go any further, Dreams being the first place we visited. The delivery period given was also considered to be very good.

I had a very informative discussion on the telephone yesterday before visiting the store so I already had a good idea of what I wanted. Today, when visiting the store, I was assisted by Karolynne who very patiently and expertly answered my questions and guided me to my eventual purchase.

Great customer service experience which unfortunately is not very common these days. Made a refreshing change. Jennie looked after us in the Cribbs Causeway Branch. The only critisism is that we had to wait for Joe to place the order. If Jennie was able to process at the same time then the experience would have been even better.

The lady who helped us, Melanie, was very helpful and gave us lots of information without being pushy, She understood what we wanted and recommended a bed. She wasn't pushy but was able to complete the purchase quickly when we were ready.

All staff were approachable and friendly, yet also let us have a look around on our own which was appreciated. We were pleased with the sale prices and the recommendations from the lady we dealt with. Overall very happy and impressed with Dreams!
