We had looked at several other outlets but from the moment we walked in Melanie was courteous and helpful without being pushy. She understood our needs and showed us the various options available.

Melanin was helpful, informative and friendly. Helped us and gave us time to make a decision.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff member asked us what we wanted, showed us examples and then left us to browse. She was not pushey but was available if needed.

Karolynne was very knowledgeable about the product range and was able to provide excellent advice based on our needs. We left the shop confident we had made the right decision

Melanie was very friendly, told us if we needed help to come and find her. There were other customers who required her attention but once she was done was very happy and willing to help us. She was polite and courteous and it was great to have such nice customer service. She explained all of our options - even pricing for the extras and what that would mean and what it wouldn't mean. She didn't try to force us to buy the optional extras, she just explained why they were there and the pro's and con's of those options. We chose to do the extra cover with her recommendation for our new ottoman bed due to the hydraulics etc. The bed and mattress we chose was in the Autumn sale - saving 20% on the mattress but 50% on the bed frame. This was an amazing deal, as I have checked this morning to be sure and the bed has gone back up in price which it has as has the mattress.

An assistant, entirely on her own as her colleague was at the bank, who understood what we wanted, was knowledgeable and efficient.

Friendly, knowledgable and keep to help and show as all the various options on offer. Also knew when to leave us alone to discuss our choices
