The staff were friendly and knowledgable . We were not rushed and given very good advice and shown possible alternatives. Apologies were made for the dust in the store as it had only just finished a refit.

Salesperson helpful & friendly. Made us aware she was available to help us, but gave us the time & space to browse. Checked we were ok without being pushy. Was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, amiable, and made the purchase easy. Explained every option in full so we could make an informed decision. Thankyou :-)
