Melanie who helped us was very patient, knowledgeable and even made us a cup of coffe whilst we tried to work out what we needed!

An assistant called Melanie served us and she was brilliant explaining everything about the different mattresses in a very undemanding way and we were extremely happy and confident in purchasing the product and without her help I doubt we would have made a purchase, not because your products are not excellent but it was the assurance and help she gave us. I can thoroughly recommend anyone to visit your store a Cribbs Causeway and make sure Melanie serves them.

I Have been looking for a while now for a Bed on the Dreams website,so today I took the plunge and visited the Cribbs Store...I knew which Bed I wanted so it was really just to place the order..I found the assistant very helpfull,she explained everything regarding the purchase..I took out the 10 months interest free option...she was very quick processing everything.....

It was easy because I had assistance and I had a good idea of what I wanted.

Very friendly customer service from Jonathan, we left the Cribbs store feeling valued and well informed and happy we made a purchase. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful.

Jonathan served us, he offered us a coffee, was patient when our young daughter ran around the store, even helped us find a toy she had lost. Overall on top of the help finding the new mattress he made the visit extremely easy

I was asked very clear and friendly questions to help me choose the bed I wanted. I was shown a wide range of different beds and asked about sleeping, colours, and the different options. I was really comfortable with Jonathan and even offered a cup of tea which was refreshing. All the delivery options and charges were explained to me and at no point was there a "hard Sell" or any gimmicky sales pitches which was appreciated. I was given time to make up my mind and not pushed to make a rushed decision.

No problems identified.

The sales person was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, with no pressure. We had previously bought a bed with dreams and were very pleased with it so went back to purchase another, the same sales person served us.
