Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

The Assistant was very helpful in fulfilling my wish list and took time to point out all the options and variations available.

Second time I've used Dreams this year, products are good and the store is clearly laid out, staff always helpful. I spoke to the lady who I dealt with before, Carolynne (apols for spelling) and she was just superb, bought another bed!

Sam the assistant was very helpful, left us alone while we looking.

Your very efficient assistant, Melanie, knew just what would suit us and guided us to the group of mattresses that may meet our needs. She left us to decide without being pushy or harassing us (as we have experienced in other stores) and offered us coffee. We spent time choosing our preferred mattress and Melanie then took us through the purchase with ease and friendliness. We were very happy with our visit.

We're seen immediately upon arrival in Store. Explained to a very helpful assistant exactly what we wanted, and she pointed out the options open to us. Within minutes we had chosen our mattress, placed an order and paid. No hassle - in and out of the store within probably less than half an hour!

Melanie the lady that helped us at the Cribbs Causeway store was very helpful, attentive and rather than just being on top of us and trying to sell, she asked the right questions, advised us what products to try, left us to it and helped us reach our decision when we needed further questions answered. She wasn't pushy at all, she was the perfect assistant, a credit to that store.

We were able to try the comfort of the mattress we were interested in, and believe we will find the bed comfortable.

It was nice to recieve an incentive considering we were spending so much money the staff were very helpful and they knew what they were talking about
