Very helpfull assistant, did not forće us we were able to look around with ease, before buying our bed.

I had done extensive research for the mattress we wanted to buy. It was available, we sought out a member of staff, ordered the mattress, sorted the paperwork, signed up for 10 months free credit, and all went smoothly.

Melanie who helped my mother choose her bed was very helpful and friendly. Got extra pillows so she could try the beds how she would sleep at home. Very welcoming when we came in the store and helped us with all our questions.

No pressure sale, left to make are own decision on product, when asked for help was very professionaly given/adviced. Good product knowledge assisted in our purchase.

I was aiming to test and probably buy a Tempur mattress. All 6 mattress options I needed to assess were available on the shop floor, hence giving me everything I needed to make a decision. The customer service and knowledge of Melanie was first class and critical in helping me understand the products and make a choice.

A lovely bright, pristine store with a very good selection of beds, mattresses to try out. Your colleague Melanie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the information provided was clearly explained. She advised us to take our time so that we could experience the differences between the different types of matresses to ensure we felt our final choice was correct. We were also made aware of the 40 day trial period, which is fantastic. Having made our decision overnight we returned the next day - our order was dealt with quickly and efficiently - we were even offered a hot drink - most civilised. Thank you Dreams.
