Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We knew exactly what we wanted before we entered the store and were not persuaded to buy anything extra or that we didn't think we needed. We weren't pounced upon as soon as we went through the door but were greeted by a friendly and helpful salesman who listened to what we wanted and then helped us to buy it. We were advised about insurance cover but were not pressured into buying it, although having been given the details we decided we would. There was no pressure, it was all very relaxed and friendly and we were even given a nice cup of tea!

The store was well appointed with good signage. The manager Joe was very pleasant and knowledgable. My wife and I were well treated and Joe was not rushing us for a decison. We are very happy that we have found the right bed for our needs, and now waiting for delivery.

The personal approach and un-rushed assistance

A lady helped us to choose a new mattress. Gave us useful information then left us. Not pushy but there if we needed her

we were served by melanie who was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed,we were asked to quote 291.we were offered tea and coffee while our order was going through.a very nice touch.

Jessica was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of beds. She was able to talk through the options in a approachable manner. She was able to engage my 80 year old mother (not an easy task!) and win her over with her down to earth and chatty approach. There was no pressure to buy or make a decision and mum felt she could take as long as she needed. This personal attention was what my mum needed to reassure her. We had previously walked out of another store that had not given her any service at all. We were extremely pleased to go to Dreams and will recommend it to all our friends.

Karolynne, our assistant spent time understanding our needs and was extremely patient whilst we explored a number of options until we we were absolutely happy with our purchase. She was friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy. Excellent customer service.

The sales rep, was very informative and showed us round all the available beds that fitted our criteria, but didnt over-crowd us and let us make our own choices.

Melanie was very helpful and patient when I tried out a lot of mattresses. She let me know whether my some looked aligned on each bed. Very happy :)

The assistant was very helpful and got me a normal pillow so as to properly try the mattress I wanted to buy. She let me take my time to decide and was most hepful in getting delivery sorted for the next convenient date.
