We had no idea what kind of bed we wanted. We were asked certain questions and our answers put us towards the bed we bought. Very happy with our purchase although spent more than intended. Cant wait to get our delivery and hopefully a good nights sleep. THANK YOU MELANIE for all your help

Good range of products. Staff attentive and knowledgeable when required assistance but also prepared to leave us to browse the products on our own which was appreciated.

Eventhough the shop didn't contain many very hard mattresses, the knowledge of the shop assistant was excellent. I felt very confident in her abilities and felt she was being truthful and not like a salesperson. Well done for being human.

We went to the Mall, Cribbs Causeway to look for a new mattress for our guest room. We were not intending to buy but wanted to look at both John Lewis and Dreams. We bought our main bedroom mattress at dreams many years ago and it had always been very comfortable and had good service at the time. This is why we returned to Dreams. We told Jonathan (our assistant) what sort of mattress we wanted and he showed us a range that met the specification. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked many questions, which he answered clearly. We were offered hot drinks, but declined. However, my husband did request to use the toilet almost as soon as we arrived. We left the store and went to John Lewis, but returned and bought the mattress the same day. This was largely down to service, and price (the mattress was reduced) and the fact that we can sleep on it for 40 days to make sure it is what we want. Jonathan was helpful, but not 'pushy', which is what we liked. The conditions relevant to the sale were explained in full and the final payment was swiftly drawn up. Before we left, all the relevant details on the receipt were highlighted to us.

The manager who served us was efficient and knowledgeable but not pushy. The whole visit was quick but achieved just what we wanted.
