Our sales person Karolynne was extremely helpful showing us options and asking questions that we had not considered ourselves. She allowed us to try several different mattresses to find the exact one that allowed for our differing likes and dislikes in terms of sleeping - hard/soft/cool/hot etc. She went out of her way to tell us about the varying options such as number of storage drawers and explained the different colour options and sizes available and also about the range of headboards. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was quickly able to explain the prices to us to allow us to make up our minds with ease and with minimal time constraint.

Jess really listened to what we were after and very clearly helped us on our way to a great decision without being pushy or over-selling. We were able to spend as much time as we needed test things out and both staff were totally cool about our kids running around like loonies - (very important!) - even set up a colouring in table for them - many thanks

We were served by Karolynne who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She arranged a delivery date to suit us with no problems. We also feel Dreams offered great value for money, much better quality products than next door in Carpet Right and Bensons, with much more helpful staff.

Melanie who served me was extremely informative of all beds and mattresses in the shop very helpful explaining all the different filling in the mattresses etc , also the height of bases and mattresses which I required . I cannot speak highly enough of her , I also purchased bedding etc. as I ordered a bigger size bed than I have at the moment. Melanie also explained of removal of my present bed etc, which as I am a widow of 78 years cannot handle this. Melanie did'nt rush me we looked at several beds before I decided on the one for me, she is a very capable of doing her job . Many Thanks to her.

Sales Assistance very knowledgeable and friendly. Understood our requirements. Gave us options of 2 / 3 different types of mattresses with different cost options and ways of payment. Didn't hang around too much just gave us the information and allowed us to make our choice without being too pushy. More likely to buy from somewhere where the staff are friendly and helpful but are not "in your face" all the time so the lady that helped us was perfect.

Melanie provided all the assistance we needed.
