Having wandered round the store once, the assistant approached and offered help. She didn't pounce on us the minute we had entered, which was good. When we explained what we wanted (3 mattresses for a holiday cottage) she was able to direct us to relevant options and also discussed other options such as mattress toppers. Once we had made a choice she was extremely efficient checking that the items could be delivered at the time we needed (as the cottage is in Derbyshire and we are in Bristol we needed to be sure it arrived at a time when we could be there) and also very efficient with the order and payment processes. Moreover, she was friendly, polite and pleasant.

I was very satisfied with my visit at Dreams store. Tunji who served me was very attentive and professional. He dealt with my purchase quickly and told me all the information I needed to know. He is a credit to your business- very friendly and professional.
