Customer service was great. Easily understandable, helped to single out what was best for us. Speed of delivery booking. Offering of Defence Discount - not just because we got money off but respect to the company for offering it. Staff member was very easy to talk to, not pushy and trying to force a sale which you find in some stores.

Jonathan was really good at finding me the right mattress as he had to call another branch to find out what matteress it was that I brought over a year ago. He found the information very quickly and then directed me to a mattress which they had which was similar as you do not stock the matteress I have anymore. Overall excellent experience very quick and efficient!! Thanks Jonathan 👍🏽
