Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I visited initially on my own and Joe talked me through the options available and discussed my reasons for changing our mattress and suggested products that would suit me better. I returned the following day with my husband and again met Joe. My husband and I each tried the bed again and we decided that following the recommendations and assurances that we could change the bed if necessary we placed our order. During the ordering time we were given a coffee.

Karolynne was very helpful. Made us feel at ease testing the mattresses. Very informative. We were going to order online but pleased we went into store. The only negative is delivery was not available sooner. We were hoping to have it delivered this week as off work but have had to arrange for a Saturday. We do although appreciate as its a superking tempur its more difficult. Karolynne is a credit to Dreams.

Staff were very helpful and knew what they were discussing. There was a wide selection of beds available and it was good to be able to try the different firmness settings.

Assistance provided immediately and advised of best product to suit our needs.

The whole experience was excellent. In particular the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The sales advisor was polite and friendly, he didn't pressurise us in any way and took the time to explain things clearly. What more could you ask for?
