Jonathan took great care in sourcing our Beds and spent considerable time with us. All the Staff were friendly and helpful.

Knowledgable staff, wide range of beds frames and headboards, no high pressure selling let you lie on beds as long as you wanted to get feel offering wide range off pillows to try each bed with !

We walked in had time to browse without being pestered but the colleague was available straight away for help when we needed her, Melanie in the Cribbs Causeway store. We saw beds online and were happy to be able to find them in store.

Polite, helpful salesman - nothing was too much trouble.

Melanie guided us through our option for a firm mattress, making our choice easier!

I had previously been to another 2 stores looking for bed and mattress and felt that the service I received at Dreams was the best and had the items a wanted and will be delivered quickly compared to and one else the assistant was also very nice, polite and knowledgeable

we were highly satisfied with the knowledge and help the salesman gave us on the product we bought.

We found the staff (Karolynne) to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in identifying what type of product we were looking for and explained the range of products of varying budgets without being pushy to buy the most expensive. The store and products were well organised and clearly described, particularly in comparison with other bed stores that we visited and hence we decided that we would return to Dreams to buy our mattress.

The assistant was very helpful, gave good advice, was there when needed but not over-bearing.

We were serves by the manager, Joe Lofty who provided a good old fashioned friendly and informative shopping experience. His advice and product knowledge was well above nearby competitors.
