overall experience was one of the best from a retail outlet.

Achieved the goal of buying a lovely new bed with little hassle!

We were approached by a friendly person when we entered the store, explained what we were looking for and were given time to test the beds without pressure to make a quick decision. Being given a good cup of tea in a china mug helped us feel relaxed and indicated we would not be rushed to a decision. The lady we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I walked in and approached the desk, the store was quiet and so was served immediately. I told the assistant, Jonathan that I wanted to buy a bed with storage but I wasn't sure what. He gave me several options and then I narrowed it down by feeling the mattresses, and then he took time to explain the bases. I did not feel rushed or forced into buying and therefore it made the experience more pleasurable. He explained the product well and even told me to try it with a familiar pillow. He managed to increase the sale as I bought two new ones and was swayed by the ottoman option for storage. The only negative is that I feel it is a steep delivery charge on top as many other retailers deliver for free. As for value, I have never bought a mattress with cooling properties before so it will be interesting to test. I did spend more than I had intended but hopefully the product will be worth it.

Polite, patient, informative member of staff who made the whole experience perfect. She even made us hot drinks and gave us space to try out different products before making a choice.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The products available are quality and both Melanie and Jonathan explained and demonstrated the products I was interested in ,ensuring I tried the bed, with an appropriate pillow. Once I had decided on which need to purchase, I was thrilled to find out that the bed could be delivered as soon as 5 days time should I want that. I am very much looking sleeping in my new bed!

We walked into the store not 100% sure what we wanted, or what to expect. The assistants checked that we were happy to browse, and we felt no pressure from them to purchase which relaxed us. Upon choosing a matress we wanted, Melanie was on hand with excellent product (and deals) knowledge, and we walked away feeling that we had more than got what we wanted. In addition to this the showroom was clean and clutter free, with clear signage and pricing. The staff interacted well with my children, (for example when they needed the toilet, or got scared of the dark in the walk in wardrobe!) All in all a very pleasant experience. I fully intend a return visit to have a closer look at that wardrobe!
