I visited the Brislington store in Bristol and Gareth was most helpful but bought the bed at Cribbs Causeway as the store is closest to my home and I wanted to show my partner the bed I had seen in the Brislington store. Jonathan was knowledgeable and very attentive.

Karolynne at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway branch was extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. She helped us make a decision and was very efficient.

The sales assistant Karolynne was pleasant and knowledgeable and understood when we needed to be left alone. The delivery service by Mathew and Marcus was efficient and drama free.

Penny was delightful and very helpful in assisting us, and quick to offer a cup of coffee whilst we were looking at items. Her manner perfect and she was very knowledgeable.

Everything was explained very well to us by Jonathan and we were then left to try out all the beds at our leisure and in our own time, which helped us to make an informed decision. He was very friendly and polite - a lovely chap. He also processed our order quickly and clearly. Excellent customer service.

It was very straightforward and the beds were well marked so you knew exactly what each mattress was made of etc, pricing was also well marked and staff were very friendly, didn't feel silly when trying out the beds

Melanie was really friendly and helpful. The whole experience was easy and stress free and we received our delivery in 5 days which was great.
