David was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He even helped to put the mattress in the car!

The assistant welcomed me as I walked in and took me straight to my requested item, sofa beds. She gave me ample time to sit on the sofa and demonstrated the way to unfold it. There was not enough room to completely unfold it but I wanted to look for curtains elsewhere so we agreed she would move it to extend it completely on my return. She gave me a small sample of the colour swatch to match with curtains. On my return she had the bed extended completely and again gave me ample time to consider and helped with ideas about colour choices and mattress topper choices. She was never pushy but offered helpful suggestions and even a cup of tea!

bought a headboard Assistant very helpful not too pushy just right , placed order very quickly, and set up delivery .

Because the assistant was very knowledgeable and went through the process of explaining the products we where after without any pressure or was at all pushy she was lovely and her colleague even made us a cup of tea making the whole process so easy and relaxing (no pressure).
