From visiting the store to delivery (Mike and Tom) the experience was excellent.

Penny was personable and professional. She had a lot of information about the different products available, and worked to understand my needs.

Assistant Penny arrived immediately, we said just looking at present, she advised us to call her if we needed help. She was really knowledgeable re the products, and swiftly directed us to that which we had in mind .

I felt the staff on duty particularly the young man who assisted me were really friendly and knowledgeable

Jonathan has a great attitude to providing great customer service wich showed greatly just like his love for 50's fashion

The sales assistant we had was called Penny. She was very thorough explaining every thing that we needed to know and her customer service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

My telephone prior to my visit was answered swiftly & competently, giving me exactly the information I required. On arrival at the store Melanie immediately remembered the telephone conversation & I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge & friendliness. she was able to answer all my questions & understood completely how overwhelming the complexities of buying a mattress can be for a customer. The atmosphere in the store was relaxed & I was offered a very welcome cup of tea.
