All staff greeted us as we entered the store. After we had browsed for a short while Karolynne offered us help. She listened to what we were after & pointed to several beds for me to try. In the meantime hot drinks were offered which was very welcome as it was cold outside. I got down to 2 beds & the one with the biggest discount got my order. Will look forward to delivery & the after sales service that you offer if required. Great customer service.

David the sales person spoke to us on entering the premises then pointed out where to locate the selection of beds we were interested in. issued us with pillows to try out the beds then left us to browse. Returned when he could see we had made our selection then talked through the delivery procedure and collection of our current mattress. Offered us paper or e-mail receipt overall the experience was easy and relaxed

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a good deal on the price. Staff were knowledgeable about the products and spent time with us working out the best deal for a price that suited.

Bought mattress from Dreams at Cribbs Causeway Bristol. Assisted by David, who was very helpful & friendly. He left us to try out mattresses, but was available when we required help; not all pushy. Offered coffe/tea & biscuits.

Friendly service and great advice given. Time allowed to try out different options and also time given to privately discuss between us. Knowledgeable staff but also gave honest advice to assist our situation. This was a second visit and Karolynne remembered our criteria.

I was served very quickly by friendly staff (despite the fact they were ill!) and I got the information I needed to make a decision.

The colleague, Penny, was extremely efficient and couteous. She encouraged us to try several mattresses to ensure that we were confident about choosing the right one for us. She supplied us with pillows of our choosing and made the experience as relaxing as it could be. We were attended to immediately we entered the store and the purchase was quick and efficient with Penny informing us of potential extras that we might want to purchase at each stage.

We were able to look round the store without being approached by sales assistants which we find more relaxing but once we decided to purhase a bed the staff were very professional and friendly.
