Karoline the assistant was really helpful without forcing a sale. She gave us space but the right amount of attention and advice for us to make an informed decision. We had only gone in to see how they compared to John Lewis (over the road) and had intended to go back and buy from JL but didn't. It wasn't because of price either as we spent more at Dreams. Old mattress collection was slightly more expensive than but the fact that you recycle your mattresses and not landfill them is really important to us. Not sure JL olive on this is but they didn't share it with us. Thanks

Excellent service. Jonathan at Cribbs Causeway was just what a customer wanted. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We particularly appreciated that he was not at all pushy, and while giving us all the answers to our questions, did not try to force any particular product. He gave us space and privacy when we needed to discuss anything between ourselves, and yet was quick to provide us with any specific product information we wanted. Time was not a problem and his patience was limitless. He gave us advice but insisted that we made all the decisions. A service many retailers lack these days.

We were shown a wide range of mattresses in the size that we required and given a comprehensive explanation of the price and quality options to suit our needs. After this we were given the time to test the products at our leisure to enable us to arrive at a decision.

We couldn't fault any aspect of our visit. Before we entered the shop we expected to be ordering the bed at John Lewis, but the service was so good we place our order then and there. Karolynn, the assistant was both friendly and knowledgable, and allowed us plenty of time on our own to discuss the purchase. She even made us a cup of tea!

Sales assistant Penny was friendly, knowledgeable and spent time to ensure that our purchase was best suited to our needs.
