Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We came into the store a week ago and tried out a few of the mattresses in store to get a feel for what we wanted. Our current bed is very old and we were in the market to buy. David assisted us with the type of mattress that would suit our needs and our budget. We opted for a TV bed as we do not have anywhere to put a TV in our bedroom, the bed we wanted happened to be in the sale and we managed to save a fair chunk off the total price. David was able to offer us pillows and other extras all for which we felt was reasonable. We went away to discuss our options and returned to the store last night where we sat with David and made our order. Great experience with Dreams and David was a pleasure to deal with.

I have dealt with Dreams in the past with satisfaction. I decided that it was time to replace the ailing memory foam original mattress on my adjustable bed. After research and visits to other possible outlets I discovered that their knowledge of suitable replacements was minimal and generally unhelpful. Once back inside DREAMS I found a wealth of choice and friendly help once again.

The Dreams sales assistant that helped us in the store at Cribbs Causeway Retail outlet, Karolynne, was extremely helpful, made us both feel very welcome, offering teas and coffees on several occasions, gave us her full attention, and made the whole bed buying experience very satisfying. I was informed though that once the Sales Agreement had been signed and I had left the store, there would be no opportunity to cancel the purchase of the new bed, and although I had no wish to do so, that aspect seemed very harsh and possibly unlawful?

Karolynne was extremely helpful in explaining the various types of mattresses. She gave us her undivided attention, nothing was too much trouble and she wanted us to be completely satisfied in the choice we made. She is very knowledgeable in the products which helped us to come to a decision that was the best choice for us.

Excellent sales person who bothered to approach me and enquire. Other shops visited never even said hello to me. I purchased from you solely on the qualities of the lady who served me.

There was help available when needed but the team were not pushy. We were quoted between 1 and 4 weeks for delivery, but we're able to book a slot in 4 days.
