My experience at Dreams today was excellent the member of staff that dealt with us was very welcoming, informative and was very good at helping us find the right bed for our needs. It was a very stress free and relaxing visit. I would highly recommend to friends and family to visit the store. I look forward to enjoying a good nights sleep in my new bed when it arrives. We were approached on arriving asked what we were interested in,everything was explained really well,we then we're left to look round at our leisure.The staff were there for any questions we had,we didn't feel rushed or harassed and we were offered tea and coffee as well.

To be honest, if it wasn't for the excellent customer service by PENNY., I would have shopped around for better prices. However, she was so lovely, I returned to the store 2 days later, to proceed with my purchase of bed and mattress. Bought bed linen while I was there, and will be returning again to buy pillows when funds allow.

We were met very quickly by Joe who clearly explained the product we had an interest in. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and communicated everything in a manner which was non-technical and easy to understand.

We were given the opportunity to ask questions and were given plenty of time to try the mattresses and pillows. Having back and neck problems, I really appreciated being given time to compare the different items and we were given friendly and helpful advice throughout. Thank you.
