Karolynne was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable; served us tea and coffee and stayed well beyond shop opening time, giving us as much time as we needed to finalise our choice.

Penny was really helpful & knowledgeable. She was able to offer advice on products based on our preferences. Penny was not a pushy Sales Person & we felt comfortable & not intimidated. We were left to our own devices after we had had an initial chat with Penny which you don't always get so it was refreshing to have this kind of service.

The assistance we received when we arrived at the store made the visit very painless. We had not bought a mattress for 8 years so really didnt know what we were looking for. The assistant came straight over to us and went through all the products in the store and assisted us with trying them out. We were really impressed with her knowledge and how professional she was. Very pleased with our product and the customer service we received.

The store was well laid out, bright and clean. Jonathon greeted us and explained about the different types of mattresses available. He then left us free to try out a number of different ones, but was always on hand for any queries we had. The same was true of Karolynne when we returned the next day. Excellent customer service; helpful and friendly but not at all pushy!
