I was highly satisfied with the service given. This was because the Grace was very , very good in the way she demonstrated various beds, size and firmness of mattress.

The service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Liked being able to test the mattresses before deciding.

All staff were very welcoming & informative about the products we were looking to purchase. They gave good advice and gave us plenty of time to make a decision on purchases.

Went to check an item that we had previously seen on line. Met by an assistant who was friendly and knowledgeable. Shown other beds/mattresses within the same price range.Given time by ourselves to try and ponder about purchase. Speedy purchase proceedure.

The service I received in store was excellent, the knowledge of the sales assistant and her attention to detail was excellent. the process of ordering and availability was excellent and also excellent value for money

Jonathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had been in the week before and he assisted us. We were very impressed and returned the following week to purchase the bed.

Jonathan in the Cribbs Causeway store was really helpful - I bought a sofa bed and my friend bought a bed and mattress and nothing was too much trouble for him. I'm on crutches at the moment so he sorted us out the customer lift and got us coffees and seats when we needed them. Top service.

Upon arriving at the store, Karolynne greeted myself with a smile and was extremely helpful in helping me find a new mattress. During the time looking around, she offered a cup of tea which was highly appreciated! :)

Excellent service from Penny at the Bristol store. She was really helpful and knowledgeable and this helped us choose the right bed for us.
