Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We were greeted by a lovely assistant called Karolynne. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. She invited us to use the sleep analysing machine and it then recommended different mattresses to try. Karolynne allowed us to try these in order and explained the details of each one. We shortlisted 2 that we really liked and she gave us plenty of time to try both at greater length. She offered us a drink and was really friendly. She gave us our finance options and explained the finance process. We went through the delivery times and we felt that we received the best overall in store experience and help.l and we had tried other bed retailers on that day. Karolynne is to be commended for her service and the overall store itself was very clean, tidy and well presented with an excellent range of products.

The colleague, Joseph, at the Cribbs Causeway store was helpful, personable, and knew about the products. He gave me plenty of time to make my decision

From the minute we were greeted at the door, we were given an idea of how long it would take to wait for a consultant. Joe the store manager was fantastic. He was very fastidious with spraying the mattresses between customers. Joe gave me enough time to try all the mattresses he recommended after using the sleep machine. I was impressed with his knowledge of the products. I didn’t feel he was trying to sell me something. I felt he was showing me & giving me time to get the right mattress for a good night’s sleep. Joseph at Cribbs causeway was fantastic from the moment I walked into the store. He was helpful but not pushy, knowledgable but in a friendly manner that didn’t feel like a sales pitch. I then changed my mind on the bed frame overnight after looking at the website and Gemma was brilliant at changing my order for me and called me back to confirm the previous delivery date was still appropriate.

From greeting us at the door to the final sale, the sales assistant Gareth was superb. We had plenty of time to choose the correct mattress and felt the buying experience at Dreams to be very pleasura.Many thanks.
