Grace who helped us was great, she wasn't pushy and listened to what we needed. She was very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with.

we were approached by the store Manager Joe he was very helpful. As there was a little wait he offered us a cup of tea, which we accepted . He then took our order in a very profetional attentive manor. we come away from the store very happy/ Whilst there we purchased our new winter duvet and pillows. we would certainly be going back to this store as and when we need a further new bed.

Staff very friendly, made to feel welcome and relaxed. Especially when trying your sleeping position out on the beds in a big store, when you can feel a little self-concious. I was given the time to try out beds at my leisure, and not rushed or hassled whilst coming to my own conclusions on which bed to choose. I like this approach very much, not rushed into a decision. Also, polite staff and offers of tea/coffee to ponder your thoughts on purchase. The beds also looked clean and not over tried by other customers. Nice calm environment.

Joe helped us out loads, gave us lots of time to make decisions and was very knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the value of the products.

I found the bed frame I had been looking everywhere for. It was just what I wanted and as an added bonus it was on special offer and I was amazed at the value for money. The sales colleague was highly knowledgeable and showed me all the available mattresses. He didn't discuss price straight away, and so I was further impressed that the mattress I liked best was also on offer because it was the display model. The sales colleague was extremely helpful without being pushy. A very satisfying experience.

The sales guy was very helpful in explaining the difference in beds. Also pleased he didn't push the most expensive but we ended up buying the middle priced of three.
