very friendly service but not pushy

I came in the shop completely unaware of what product I even wanted. By just loosely explaining what I was after, Jonathan paid attention to what I was saying and directed me to a good range of products. I liked how he related to what he would be after in my position and what products he went for in the past. He made an effort with my dad as well and offered us refreshments. The shop was due to close soon and he spent as much time as we needed placing the order and ensuring we were happy with everything. Just very impressed.

Competent friendly staff, took time to understand our requirements and show different options. Listened and did not push for a sale.

Karolynne was both attentive and patient with myself and my partner. We were in the store for at least an hour testing out all of the beds/mattresses. She had amazing product knowledge. She did not rush us and delivered exceptional customer service. So much so that we did not even bother going to visit Bensons as we wanted to do the business with Karolynne. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Spent nearly 3 hours in store, staff could not have been friendlier, explained everything brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble & they even went the extra mile locating a particular type of mattress we wanted to try. Fab experience.
