Friendly, informative and non pressurised approach from Grace made the whole shopping experience a pleasure.

Huge shout out to GRACE!! She was simply fantastic. Excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us. She was very accepting of our 3 lively children and provided them with some colouring in order to keep them entertained. We were made to feel very welcome in the store and not pressured in any way to purchase. Even when asking for our chosen mattress to be placed onto our chosen base was not an issue!! Exceptional and a credit to your company!! Thank you. The cup of tea was also very much welcomed!

We found the assistant very helpful, and were encouraged to take our time trying out the different mattresses to ensure the right choice. No pressure selling.

The Store Manager (Cribbs Bristol) was exceptional. His knowledge of the products and options available was extensive and he helped to ensure we chose the right mattress for us. He clearly has a great deal of passion and fantastic customer focus. We will recommend him and this store to friends/family because of this experience.

I was greeted by a nice young man called Joe. He had good product knowledge and looked after me well.

Good product range available in store, to help us to decide on what was best for us. The sales assistant, Karolynne, was well informed and provided excellent service - giving us all the assistance that we needed, without being intrusive whilst we considered options.

Karolynne welcomed us with a smile asked us our requirements and she showed us a number of beds which she felt would be what we needed, there was never any rush, no pushing for a sale, ordered the bed on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday. Very professional approach and I have already told numerous people of our experience.

the sales lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Dreams stock. I wanted to re-order the same mattress as we had bought last year but she advised us that it was no longer stocked. However, she then spent time checking stock availability and was able to locate the sizes that we needed. These are currently or order and will be delivered to us next month. We also purchased many in-store items such as pillows and mattress protectors and she was again very helpful and certainly made the whole shopping experience much easier.
