Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We met with Grace last Sunday and were very impressed with her attitude and attention to detail, and after communicating with her during the week made arrangements to see her on the Friday evening as we had thought to go over on the Saturday, but she offered to stay later on the Friday ( despite technically finishing at 6pm) as she was concerned that on the Saturday the store would be busy and she would be unable to give us the attention we needed. Unfortunately due to prior commitments we were unable to go earlier on Friday, thus causing her to have to wait for us.

Grace was very helpful and very patient with great understanding of products and our needs

Your colleague karolynne was very kind and helpful and smiley..offered us a coffee so I had one and explained anything we needed to know also of the 40day trail period and if itvwasnt right we could exchange it..very kind and helpful lady.

I was very pleased with the service I had. It is the third time I have used Dreams and been extremely satisfied each time. Always very helpful and I would recommend them.

As the survey states everything about the store was perfect, the salesman was not pushy and did all he could to find what we needed. Price was good we were given coffee while the transaction took place felt as if our purchase was important no matter what we were spending would not hesitate to return to this store

Found the model of the bed we wanted within 2 minutes of walking in the store. The bed was of very good quality and having looked elsewhere we found the price to be very reasonable. The store assistance asked us if we needed any help and once we had decided on the bed we were taken to another store assistant to help us place the order. We were given a range of different payment options and found one that suited us. We waited 15 minutes for this to be set up which was no problem. We found the delivery date was better than what was quoted to us over the webchat online that I had used prior to visiting the store so we were very pleased with this. The assistant checked we understood everything we had ordered including the bed building extra and we were more than happy to have paid for that service.

I found the staff to be considerate, knowledgeable and they gave excellent customer service, especially as they are not at all pushy but very goocheckinand when you need help. I have visited the shop a couple of times and rang and always found them to be the same. It's a shame you don't stock the bed I want otherwise I would have bought that as well as the mattress!
