From the moment myself, my wife and my 2 year old child we were welcomed in a very friendly manor. Grace took the time to explain the differences in mattress firmness and advised us of all the differences. She then took us through a few of mattresses to which my son was delighted that he could lay down in all the beds with us. We then tried a few other mattresses until we found one that we really really liked. At no point was there any pushy-ness and every question was answered with a smile and great knowledge. After explaining all the credit choices available, and after a discussion in the car with the wife, we ended up turning around and placing an order for the bed The order process was smooth and simple. Grace explained everything throughout and once again was extremely helpful.

We were looking specifically for a Tempur mattress and the new selection in stock were far superior to others we had tried. Grace was wonderfully knowledgeable about the mattresses, and allowed us as much time as we needed and was not your typical 'pushy' salesperson at all. A rather lovely experience, despite spending lots of money!!!

Easy, friendly staff very helpful, quick and efficient

The member of staff, Grace, knew her products, gave us relevant info then backed off a little to let us make a few choices and then came back with more info to help the final decisions. Really nice way to act rather than constantly bothering us and not letting us try to work things out for ourselves.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable; what particularly impressed me was the fact that the assistant whilst being helpful didn't push too much or hover; once she'd answered our queries and directed us to a few beds that might suit us, she left us to our own devices although still offered to answer any further queries if needed. She also made a tremendous cup of tea for me which is a double thumbs up!!!!
