The colleague who served us was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They were clearly very knowledgable about the products which was so helpful for my partner and I, who were buying our first mattress. If I needed to buy another mattress, I would return to this branch to be served by Penny.

We were able to find what we were looking for without sales pressure but with help, guidance and time. It was a nice store with a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful - Grace in particular was wonderful, not only helping us choose the right bed but entertaining our 3 yr old daughter as well!

I was looking for a single bed, bedstead was what I preferred, but there wasn't much choice displayed in the show room. The shop assistant Penny was extremely friendly and helpful and talked me through different options showing me double bedstead frames that could come as singles too. She also helped me with converting the sizes in inches to the metric system, which I am more familiar with. And she guided me in the choice of a mattress. I had the order delivered yesterday and am very pleased with it, as well as the ease of purchasing from Dreams, time scale for delivery and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff that assembled the frame for me.

Greeted on arrival. Asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I explained my illness and was immediately shown several ranges that could be suitable. We were then offered a drink of our choice and asked to try as many beds as we liked, even given our own pillow to take with us, absolutely love the fact we were not put under any pressure. We were stuck between two beds and then our lady explained the difference between the two. We chose the better of the two, as our assistance explained everything so well even repeating things to us as we didn't quite under standard. Bless her, not exactly the price we were looking for but I'm looking forward to seeing if I sleep as well as I felt I would on the day off purchase. Thank you dream team for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Grace at Dreams in Bristol was absolutely fantastic. She kept the whole experience light and fun and was an absolute pleasure to meet. We were offered hot drinks and made comfortable when purchasing the items. Upon trying the bed grace selected pillows and again was extremely helpful. We also bought pillows, and the bed cover which she was very helpful in choosing and describing. Thank you Grace you were absolutely brilliant! We know which store we'll be going back to in the future!

It was a was a pleasant and easy process from entering the store, selecting the product and placing the order. The sales assistant was very welcoming, she gave us helpful advise and information which made our decision to purchase very straight forward.
