Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I thought Grace at your cribbs causeway store was great. She helped us choose a mattress to go with the cole midnight bed, made us tea while we tried the mattresses, was very knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and approachable without being in anyway pushy. She gave us plenty of time to make our decision and made the experience both enjoyable and relatively simple.

Grace was great, very helpful and really looking to my needs.

The staff were very attentive, although we didn't feel rushed and were guided through the process with relative ease.

Shop assistant was very knowledgeable and explained the options and benefits of each product. She gave us time to decide without pressure which was refreshing.

I am very pleased with my purchase I didn't come in to buy any thing but left buying a mattress witchiam so glad I did

I was allowed time to wander around and have a look without being hassled with "do you need help" type questions. When I went up to the desk Penny was more than happy to chat about what I was looking for, budget etc, and then talked me through the types of mattress / sofa beds upstairs & downstairs in the store. When I went I was just planning on looking around and seeing what was on offer, but she talked through relevant mattresses - currently have a memory foam topped mattress but moving out :( - and offered a pillow to have a lay down on the mattresses. All the beds were presented really well, nice and clean & consistent (and fancy!) shoe mat things. I found a firmness that worked and then saw a clearance mattress that was really nice, so spent some time getting comfy on that... Penny then talked through the types of bed frame that were available, taking into account storage etc, and again was excellent at letting me look around without getting in the way. So, essentially because of her nice service, I bought a bed!

The sales assistant (Jonathon) was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and quickly showed me to those that satisfied my needs, without being pushy. Once he had shown me what was on offer he left me to take my time deciding what to buy.

We had help when ever we needed it, Jonathan at your cribbs branch helped us with everything as answered all our questions very happy with everything about dreams.
