Very clean store with room to move around,the staff were very helpful and friendly but they didn't rush to get an order out of you,in fact they went out of their way to make sure you made the right decision on your purchases

the service and attention Imy husband and I received was very good , it is the first time we have visited DREAMS and were very surprised at the high quality of your beds , and the service by the young man who served us and his knowledge was second to none

Karolynne was very friendly and welcoming. She did not pressurise me at all and understood my needs, recommending but not pushing.

The staff member greeted us then left us to browse, then offered advice at the right time. She listened and helped us, then again left us to try the mattresses out out before returning later. The pace of the service was perfect throughout - we were even offered a cup of tea! When I asked if I could swap the "free pillows" she was offering for anti allergy ones there was no hesitation in her agreeing. Very friendly and helpful. Clear explanation of conditions of 40 night trial and what we needed to do before our old mattresses were taken away.

Visited a couple of places and found dreams to have the most attentive and knowledgeable staff. Mattress choices very well displayed and the colour coding made looking in the right area so much easier! Would definitely buy from dreams again and recommend to family and friends!

I had bought a similar mattress from you previously so knew it to be of good quality and was very satisfied with its manufacture and comfort. The sales assistant was outstanding she allowed us to have some time on our own to make a decision whilst being on hand to answer any queries we may have. Also advising us of a similar mattress of the type we wanted explaining the comparisions.
