Sales assistant, Penny, was friendly, helpful and an extremely good saleswoman.

Both Grace and Joe at the store were welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, questions were answered with expert knowledge and they were incredibly friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the store but particularly the staff. Staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision, and Grace helped us in our decision making process. We had a cup of tea. Overall it was nice purchasing experience.

Grace was highly knowledgeable about the types of mattress and gave valuable information about the firmness of each. She didn't put any pressure on us to buy the first one we tried and left us to try all the mattresses which fitted our criteria so we could make up our minds in our own time. She was able to give detailed information on the springs and fillings in the mattresses and how each would benefit us. We also purchased a bed for our granddaughter and didn't pressure us into buying the most expensive because it would only be used once a week. Once we had made our decision Grace went through the payment options in detail and when placing the order doubled checked to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Excellent service and Grace is a credit to your company :-)

I was particularly impressed by the service offered, we spent a lot of time trying out the mattresses and we were not pressured in anyway or rushed to make a purchase. However, as soon as we looked up to ask a question somebody was immediately on hand to help. I didn't realize there was such a vast range of options in buying a mattress but it was made easy by all the help and advice that was at hand. Penny was welcoming on our arrival and extremely helpful throughout. On the one occasion she was not certain of the answer to a technical question, she sought assistant from a more senior colleague, who was also very helpful.

As soon as we walked into the store we were approached by Penny who explained the store lay out and the colour coding on the mattresses . She was very friendly and kept checking we were ok. The ordering process was very quick and easy too.

The friendliness of the two members of staff(Joe and Penny) made the whole experience simple and easy. They were very knowledgeable with the product i was looking for.
