I really enjoyed how easy it was to narrow down what bed suited us. Grace was amazing! She walked us through step by step how to decide what we wanted and we both th now feel we have the perfect bed.

Grace was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, did not hassle us into a sale but gave us time to think it over. Also, we were offered a tea/coffee.

we looked up rattan beds online and found one on your site we liked, we arrived at the store and they were even open 10 mins before the scheduled opening time - we saw the bed we have found online and it looked great in person too, so we went downstairs and bought it - and received great customer service, then the bed got delivered yesterday and as arranged they delivered on time, taking away all the packaging. we couldn't be happier with our first ever bed purchase. Excellent customer service: the member of staff who served me in cribbs causeway in Bristol was very helpful. We tried all the different options in my range and she talked me through the benefits and comparisons. The delivery men (Phill and co) were also very helpful with taking away the old mattress and replacing it with the new one.
