The assistant (Karolynne) was very helpful, allowed us to take our time in choosing but gave us clear advice on the beds we were looking at and was extremely knowledgeable. She didn't give us a hard sell but nothing was too much trouble for her.

Jonathan was attentive and listened to our requirements. He was able to recommend products that would suit our needs and was knowledgeable. We had to wait a little while to order our items but we were given refreshments and somewhere comfortable to sit.

Penny was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses & was able to recommend the most appropriate one based on our preferences. She was very professional & courteous throughout our visit. During the credit application process she clearly explained all of the terms & options available to us.

The Dreams Colleague was extremely helpful and was solely helping us with our purchase.

We came into store to purchase a new mattress, with not really knowing what type of mattress we wanted or having much knowledge about the different products. The store was really clean, and you could immediately see members of staff helping the customers and talking through each product in detail, which made a friendly environment. The products were explained in detail, and the purchase was quick and simple, which made for an excellent experience in the store.

I visited the store, told them exactly what I wanted and that I needed it as soon as possible. They told be my bed could be delivered 3 days later, however I opted to choose for day of my choice which was easily accommodated. On the day of delivery, the delivery team contacted me to ask if it was convenient to deliver is earlier than scheduled, which was great for me. They were very helpful and gave me advice on how to best assemble my bed.

From the time we entered the store we received great help from the lady assistant. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, bases, pillows etc. Nothing was too much trouble She was very patient, explain all the different types.

We were greeted at your Cribbs Causeway by the very friendly Grace. She was incredibly helpful and clearly happy to be working for such a highly reputable company. I was very unsure about what beds to look for, and initially I was happy to browse on my own. After a short while, Grace returned and offered us a cup of tea as we browsed :D. She was incredibly knowledgeable with all the beds we were interested in, and made the whole experience un-pressurized and pleasant. She made sure we were 100% happy with the bed choice and mattress before committing to buy. I can't fault her enough.
