The sales rep was very helpful and explained details of the beds and nothing was to much trouble

The bed we bought seems to be exactly what we were looking for. The true test will be when we have slept on it for a few weeks.

the colleagues were able to provide just the right information we needed. also when we forgot some things, they reminded us of the things we might want.

Quality beds and mattress!

The staff were friendly but not over bearing when we said we were browsing they allowed us to do so. When we wanted assistance they were available and happy to help.

We visited the store multiple times along with their competitor stores. The reasons we have given highly satisfied and satisfied rating are as follows: There was genuine interest in helping us find the right mattress and at no point we felt they were trying to just sell us the more expensive option We were give a LOT of time to try and decide even using different pillows. This made us feel that it's our own decision rather than feeling it was to complicated to decide so we just bought the one we were told is good We found the information more clear and customer friendly than others shops, for example Dreams offer 40 might mattress swap on all and more nights on some (100 on Tempur) where as other stores don't offer swap option on some models at all making it a bit confusing and less trustworthy. It comes down to personal preference in mattresses, but insights and information is always helpful and could save us from the unknown. We found the knowledge of sales person in our case (Joe at cribs Bristol store) was very good and played a very important role in our final selection.

THE SALES ASSISTANT GAVE US PLENTY OF TIME AND HAD GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESS AVAILABLE.

Overall the service was very good. We have no cause for concern but quality of the product can only be proved over time.
