Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

Firstly, The assistant helped us in every way possible. She understood our needs and tried to get us exactly what we wanted. I did not feel pressured at any stage and felt like she was genuinely trying to help. We wanted a super king size bed but faces difficulties as she advised that we needed to be sure it would go up the stairs. We had our heart set on getting a super king sized and were very disappointed when we realised this might not happen. If it wasn't for her perfect explanation to ensure we really understood the problem we might of brought something we regretted. Additionally she suggested to buy a "Zip" mattress resulting in us walking out the store getting EXACTLY what we wanted. Absolutely outstanding service. If only every single shop had an employee like this it would make shopping for large life items like a bed a dream!! (no pun intended) The mattress was perfectly explained to ensure we brought the right one and we really felt like we made the perfect decision walking out the store. I have never left a review for an assistant before but with this level of service i absolutely had to!! Massive credit where its due, really is a credit to Dreams!!! Served by Grace

Grace greeted us when arrived at the store and gave us the necessary information to help us with our purchase. Grace was polite, friendly and very knowledgable. Fantastic customer service!

We went out looking for a bed last night. Initially my wife and I liked one in Bensons for Beds, to which she commented are we going to buy this one now. I said we would go and have a look round first we can always go back. We then called in Dreams and before we had got in the shop she had decided she wanted the model on show by the door.

After briefly looking around the Cribbs Causeway store, we were asked if we would like some help. The offer of help came from "Joe" the Store Manager. He was an absolute gem of knowledge and practicality. We had a Silent Night bed in mind but after trying several we were not totally convinced it was the right make. Joe showed us some other beds and we found a Tempur mattress that we thought was a good choice. Joe went off and came back with a Tempur pillow and asked us to try the bed again, wow. This was the mattress and the pillow for us. The base and headboard style was not totally what we wanted, this was not a problem Joe told us we could select a different Headboard and Base from another range and mix and match. This was a great service and enabled us to select exactly what we needed. Joe, our guide to better sleeping, was very helpful and attentive throughout our bed selection. His knowledge was excellent. He was easy to talk with and after explaining our needs he guided us through various suggested beds and mattresses to try, leading to a final selection. Our purchase was based on our requirements and Joe's knowledge and input; thank you Joe for your help. Great service.

Excellent staff, gret selection of products and a very comfortable shopping experience

the sales associate, Penny, was very friendly and helpful. Listened to what we wanted and also offered pillows that were so amazing we had to get them as well as the bed and mattress. It was a relaxed and easy experience.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and did not rush us. She explained everything in detail. She was very pleasant and courteous
