Was offered assistance, show to the products we had requested then given time on our own to consider the products. We felt looked after without being rushed, or pushed into a purchase. Penny was able to prove information in what we had requested and make suggestions. We bought something totally different to what we thought we needed.

Our visit to Dreams in Cribbs Causeway was very pleasant. We were greeted immediately by Karolynne who was very friendly and nice to talk to, she even made us a cup of tea! She walked us clearly through everything we needed to know and let us try out all the different mattresses and gave us great advice which helped with our decision greatly. The finance, payment and delivery systems were all very well explained and easy to do with Karolynne as she was very well informed and helpful. We will certainly be coming back to Dreams for any and all of our future bed needs! We are very excited to get our new mattress as its the most expensive one we've ever had and it was just so lovely when we tried it in store! Overall very pleased with the whole experience from Dreams, from the staff to the products to the store itself! Customer service done right! Many thanks!
