Grace was amazing she took time to help us pick the right mattress for us and she was amazing with our 6 year old boy and help keeping him entertained while we was doing the paper work.

we were left alone to browse - not 'pounced' upon as soon as we arrived. Joe, the store manager, spoke to us when we were ready and answered all our questions. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, he gave us genuine, truthful answers and helped us make the right decision. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly without being 'salesy'.

The lady who care with us was very kind and smart, she understands quikly what i want and shows product what i need.

Sales person very helpful and knowledgable with a good sense of humour. Helpful labelling and colour coding on beds.

If I remember rightly it was Grace that served me. When I first arrived at the store it was very busy and I thought would take ages to be seen but Grace could we were waiting and swiftly finished off with her other client. She was very professional and although I had looked online I really wanted some advice about the base, wether to have divan or slat base and she went out of her way to make sure I understood the difference. I have never spent so much on anything other than my car so this was a big deal for me. I ended up getting a better bed and very impressed with the protection cover offered. The bed I had seen online wasnt available for 8 weeks and as I am going into hospital I really needed the bed delivered sooner so Grace worked her magic, found me a better bed and one that would be delivered in time, in face I only had to wait 1 week for delivery. Grace was extrememly professional, efficient, polite and helpful. Couldnt of been happier!

Staff member called Grace dealt with my enquiry incredibly well. She was polite, efficient & very professional. I knew what bed I wanted but delivery was going to take took long so she suggested an alternative bed that could be delivered in time. I’m going into hospital and need new bed for when I come out so it was very important I got the bed in time so she went out of her way to find me a bed that I liked, in my budget and in time. Well Grace actually found me a better bed than I’d chosen so although I’ve not yet received the bed I’m really impressed with service so far!
